The website provides information of a general nature about the company and the services it provides. While Granada Cultural Holidays has taken reasonable steps to ensure that such information is accurate, the company makes no warranties or representations – expressed or implied – regarding the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information, or any websites linked to this website. Users of this website, its information and any websites linked to this website must rely solely on their own assessment and verification.
Neither Granada Cultural Holidays, nor the company’s affiliates, officers and employees, shall be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damages however arising (whether by negligent act, omission or otherwise) out of the use of, or reliance upon, this website and its information, the courses facilitated or any websites linked to this website.
Liability
Granada Cultural Holidays warrants to you that Granada Cultural Holidays shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the services with reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions.
Granada Cultural Holidays cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors resulting from misinformation or lack of information provided by the client. No refunds can be provided for the services provided by Granada Cultural Holidays. In the event of a complaint, petition must first be made as soon as possible after the event (in person, by telephone or by email) and then in writing no later than 7 days after the event.
Granada Cultural Holidays will use reasonable care when recommending any third party suppliers, but will not be in any way responsible for any contractual obligations that are made between clients of Granada Cultural Holidays and any third party suppliers or agents. For the avoidance of doubt, Granada Cultural Holidays does not and will not act as an agent for third party suppliers. Granada Cultural Holidays only provides the information contained in this website and within the creative course content. Where recommendations are made, you (the client) are deemed to be responsible for, and shall use your own skill and judgment as to, the quality, value and suitability of such information and suggestions in relation to deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services or sale of goods.
If, as a result of an introduction made via the Granada Cultural Holidays website, you enter into a contract with a third party, then your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant supplier/partner/vendor only. All your rights and remedies are against the supplier/vendor/partner. Granada Cultural Holidays will not be responsible for products and services offered by a third party by way of an introduction or recommendation through the Granada Cultural Holidays website. Neither will Granada Cultural Holidays be held responsible for any aspect of the relationship between you and any particular supplier/vendor/partner. Granada Cultural Holidays will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the supplier/vendor/partner.
You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the suppliers/vendors/partners is an independent contract. Granada Cultural Holidays hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any supplier/vendor/partner or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a supplier/vendor/partner whether or not introduced by Granada Cultural Holidays. Granada Cultural Holidays accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website or any failure to complete a transaction.
Granada Cultural Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by Granada Cultural Holidays hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party. Granada Cultural Holidays shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you. Granada Cultural Holidays shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Granada Cultural Holidays’s obligations in relation to the services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Granada Cultural Holidays’s reasonable control.

Any unauthorised use, copying, rewriting, publication, broadcasting, distribution or exploitation of this website and its information is strictly prohibited by Granada Cultural Holidays. You may display or print this website and its information solely when visiting and in the usual operation of your web browser.
All names, logos and trademarks on this website are owned by Granada Cultural Holidays or by a third party which has granted Granada Cultural Holidays the right to use them on this website. The use or misuse of these names, logos and trademarks is strictly prohibited by Granada Cultural Holidays. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting the user of this website the right to use any names, logos and trademarks on this website without the written permission of the owner.
Creative Course Payment Terms
Please read our Standard Booking and Cancellation Policies below, and before booking a place on one of our courses, please read our guidelines. By completing an online reservation form, you are signifying your acceptance with and agreement to our Terms and Conditions:
Is your travel and accommodation covered by your Travel Insurance Policy? We strongly recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover in accordance with UK Government guidelines (or the guidelines issued by your own country of residence):
If your travel is essential, make sure you have appropriate insurance for overseas travel, and purchase it as soon as you book your travel. You should check the detail of your travel insurance to see what it covers, and contact your insurance provider if you have any questions.
You may need to consider a specialist policy. It’s your responsibility to make sure you’re covered. Read our guidance on purchasing insurance.
If a course cannot run for any unexpected or unusual circumstance beyond our control, such as war or a pandemic, we will immediately do everything we can to reschedule the course for a future date.
If alternative dates are not possible, your travel plans have been adversely affected by circumstances beyond your or our control and your Travel Insurance Policy does not cover you for cancellation of accommodation, then we will consider a refund of part or all of any monies paid. We will only consider refunding monies paid if travel and accommodation provision are not possible due to government or airline restrictions surrounding circumstances beyond our control and preventing us from providing you with the contracted services. If clients cancel their reservations for any other reason, then our standard Payment Terms apply.
If we are unable to honour your reservation due to any Government restrictions related to exceptional circumstances that prevent us from receiving guests, then we will make every effort to reschedule your booking to an alternative date once restrictions are lifted. If we are unable to find an alternative date, then we will consider a full or part refund of all monies paid.
Reservations for a Granada Cultural Holidays Creative Course will only be confirmed by Granada Cultural Holidays upon receipt of a deposit, typically 40% of the total cost of the creative course for participants and/or their guests. The total cost of the course will be provided in writing by Granada Cultural Holidays to the Client on receipt of a completed Reservation Form.
Services provided by Granada Cultural Holidays for each Creative Course are outlined in the relevant website page for each specific course. Please check the details of the course prior to confirming your booking. Under certain circumstances, some of the course details may change due to weather, third-party cancellation, ill-health or other unexpected events. In the event of any such change, clients will be informed in writing and every step will be taken by Granada Cultural Holidays to provide an alternative service of equivalent, or better, value. If it is not possible to provide an alternative service, a full or part refund may be offered. Likewise, in some rare circumstances the venue for a course may change; this may be due to low participant numbers. If we do have to change venue, the alternative venue will be of an equivalent, or superior standard, and all affected clients will be notified in writing of the change.
All deposit and balance payments are non-refundable except in those rare circumstances that Granada Cultural Holidays makes the decision to cancel a particular course (see below). A deposit payment, typically of 40% of the total course course, will be payable to confirm a course booking. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been paid and acknowledged. The balance payment will be due no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the particular course. Late balance payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeit of your deposit payment. For any reservations made within 6 weeks of the commencement of the course, full payment for the course will be required to confirm the booking.
If insufficient participants confirm places on a particular course, and that course becomes unviable, Granada Cultural Holidays reserves the right to cancel the course. In such an event, the decision to cancel will be taken no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, and a full refund of fees paid by confirmed participants will be arranged.
Granada Cultural Holidays cannot be held responsible for any external costs incurred by any client in preparation for a course in the event of that course being cancelled. Such costs include air fares, travel insurance, visa fees or car hire.
Course costs, as outlined in your Booking Confirmation sent on receipt of your completed Reservation Form, do not include the following: Flights, car hire, private excursions that are not included in the Granada Cultural Holidays Course Content, tickets for The Alhambra Palace in Granada and any additional equipment that is not stated as being included in the Granada Cultural Holidays Course Content. Course costs do not include meals and beverages taken on any specified non-teaching day where clients make their own arrangements away from the accommodation.
Granada Cultural Holidays strongly recommends that all participating and non-participating guests take out travel insurance for the duration of their booking. Participating and non-participating course guests must inform Granada Cultural Holidays, in advance, of any pre-existing health-related issues, disabilities, allergies and intolerances. Granada Cultural Holidays cannot be held liable for any such issues and clients must take their own precautions to ensure adequate cover is provided in the event of any pre-existing health-related issue.
Acceptance
By using this website and its information, you irrevocably and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this legal disclaimer and copyright notice. Granada Cultural Holidays reserves the right to change, add or remove any information presented on this website without notice. Your continued use of this website following the posting of such changes means that you accept such changes.
